Solarmeter Australia Limited Warranty

 

This product is warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship to the original owner.

If the product fails to operate during this period, return it pre-paid to Solarmeter Australia with proof of purchase, for repair or replacement at the manufacturer's option.

Warranty does not cover transportation costs, nor does it cover failure due to misuse, alteration or accidental damage.

Warranty is specifically limited to repair or replacement only, there is no other express warranty. To the extent permitted by law, any and all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for particular purpose are excluded; and implied warranties not excluded are limited in duration to one year from date of purchase.

Incidental and consequential damages are expressly excluded from the remedies available to the purchaser, and the warranties provided in this warranty shall be exclusive to the extent permitted by law.

Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties; therefore the aforesaid limitation(s) or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
